PlasmaActivate 450 DRUM
Plasma System with a Rotating Drum
System Description
The PlasmaActivate 450 DRUM is a low-pressure plasma system with a rotating drum designed for bulk material treatment. The parts to be treated are circulated in the plasma within the rotating drum, eliminating the need for loading or separation. In this custom system, the rotating drum also serves as the vacuum chamber, which automatically evacuates and conveys the treated parts via a conveyor belt to the next process step. The chamber volume is 450 liters. Pressure, process time, and power can be adjusted. The plasma process is also monitored.

Costs and services?
For the development and manufacture of a custom plasma system, with the intention of placing an order or making a purchase, we will provide you with a non-binding quote that clearly lists all costs and prices (usually within 24 hours).
Our quotes are provided on an EXW (Ex Works) basis, meaning for pickup. Transportation, packaging, commissioning, and training are optional. All prices are net prices. Taxes and insurance are not included in the prices.
Looking to rent a special plasma system?
If we have the custom plasma system you need in stock and you require it, for example, to bridge a delivery delay, you can also rent a custom system for that period. For any other requests or options, please feel free to contact us to discuss them.
Are there any other options?
For fast and cost-effective solutions, we also offer all customers external plasma surface treatment services for their production needs. This means you can easily outsource your plasma treatment to us, and we will reliably carry it out as a contract service.
