Our fully automatic or automated plasma systems for inline production are designed and manufactured to meet your specific needs. Our specially developed “Plasma-Spot” can be flexibly integrated into systems of any size (including inline systems).

Additional information: The chamber dimensions are customizable, allowing for inline systems with larger chamber volumes. The usable chamber dimensions are reduced by the electrode assembly and, if applicable, product carrier systems.

Ideal for inline processes

Our fully automated plasma systems, including the innovative Plasma-Spot with low-pressure plasma technology, enable the integration of process treatments (cleaning, activation, coating) into automated production lines for continuous inline processes. Low-pressure plasma inline processes guarantee high-quality, continuous surface treatments for components and workpieces.

Thanks to this innovative and environmentally friendly technology, surface properties can be optimally modified. This facilitates subsequent processes such as printing, bonding, or coating.
