Our production-grade plasma systems are state-of-the-art floor-standing units designed and engineered for continuous operation (24/7) and high-volume series production, with specifications tailored to their size, throughput, and capacity. Components are fed into the chamber via either a sliding or a swing door for easy loading and unloading. Chamber volumes range from 150 liters to 890 liters.
IndustrialLine Plasma Systems
Our IndustrialLine entry-level plasma production systems make it easy to handle 24/7 mass production of large volumes. They feature chamber volumes of 150, 340, or 890 liters and are easy to operate and monitor thanks to their modern control system and user interface.
PA 150 Logo
Our mass-produced PA 150 Logo plasma system is a standard production system with a chamber volume of 150 liters. Pressure, process time, and power can be adjusted, and the plasma process can be monitored.

FAQ: Buying a Plasma Production System
How much does a plasma production system cost?
The final cost of our production plasma systems depends on the quantity you require. We will send you a final, non-binding purchase offer within 24 hours once all optional requirements—such as insurance, delivery, commissioning, maintenance, or training—have been clarified.
Delivery and installation?
If you have purchased or ordered one of our plasma systems for your production, along with delivery, you have the option of booking one of our technicians. We will then handle the on-site installation and commissioning. In any case, it is important that the necessary connections are already in place and that any necessary assistants or lifting equipment are available to ensure a successful installation.
Delivery times and rental options?
Our delivery time is approximately 15–18 weeks, unless otherwise specified in the quote. The binding delivery date will be stated in the order confirmation. If you would like to rent a system to bridge this gap, this is possible at any time, provided that a suitable plasma rental system is available in our rental fleet.
